About the Role

We are looking for a energetic and customer-focused Front Office Executive to join our gym team in Valasaravakkam. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a passion for sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist walk-in members and visitors.
- Handle front desk operations and membership inquiries.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
- Explain membership plans, offers, and gym facilities.
- Convert inquiries into memberships and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain member records and appointment schedules.
- Coordinate with trainers and management for smooth daily operations.




- Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.

Requirements

- Any Graduate / Diploma holder.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Front Office, Reception, Customer Service, or Sales.
- Experience in Gym, Fitness Center, Wellness Center Industry preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel).
- Ability to handle sales calls and member follow-ups.

Preferred Candidates

- Candidates with prior experience in gyms, fitness centers, health clubs, or wellness industries.
- Energetic, target-oriented, and customer-friendly professionals

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
