Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.

Process sales orders accurately in the ERP system.

Coordinate with production, planning, and dispatch teams for timely order execution.

Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and order confirmations.

Track order status and provide regular updates to customers.

Maintain customer records and sales documentation.

Coordinate with logistics for dispatch schedules and delivery status.

Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer requirements.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Support Area Sales Managers and Marketing teams with administrative tasks.

Resolve customer complaints by coordinating with relevant departments.

Ensure accurate filing of sales documents and MIS reports.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
