Job Title: IT Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Manager – Digital Transformation with 5-12 years of experience in ERP implementation, IT project delivery, and business process automation. The candidate will be responsible for leading organization-wide digital initiatives, managing software vendors, driving ERP implementations, and ensuring technology solutions align with business objectives.

This role requires strong leadership, vendor management expertise, and the ability to drive large-scale transformation across operations, supply chain, and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Digital Transformation & ERP Leadership Responsibilities:

· Lead end-to-end ERP / SAP / enterprise system implementations across the organization.
· Drive digital transformation initiatives to replace manual processes with automated systems.
· Ensure successful project delivery from requirement gathering to go-live.
· Oversee UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and system adoption across departments.
· Ensure integration of systems across finance, operations, supply chain, and logistics.

B. Vendor & Project Management Responsibilities:

· Manage software vendors, system integrators,



and technology partners.
· Handle vendor negotiations, contracts (SOW, SLA, RFP), and accountability.
· Lead project management / PMO activities ensuring timely delivery.
· Monitor project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
· Ensure vendors deliver solutions aligned with business requirements.

C. Business Process & Stakeholder Management Responsibilities:

· Gather and define business requirements (BRD, scoping, analysis).
· Translate business needs into technology-driven solutions.
· Drive stakeholder engagement and change management.
· Ensure high user adoption and system utilization across teams.
· Collaborate with plant, dispatch, and operations teams for process optimization.

D. Automation & Continuous Improvement Responsibilities:

· Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvement.
· Implement solutions to reduce manual work and improve productivity.
· Continuously evaluate and improve business workflows using technology.
· Drive innovation in supply chain and manufacturing processes.

Required Skills:

· Strong experience in ERP / SAP implementation and enterprise systems.




· Proven expertise in vendor management and contract negotiation.
· Strong knowledge of project management and delivery (PMO).
· Experience in digital transformation and process automation.
· Ability to manage UAT, go-live, and system rollout.
· Robust stakeholder and change management skills.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering / related field.
· 5-8 years of experience in IT projects / digital transformation roles.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience in manufacturing / FMCG / food processing / logistics industries.
· Exposure to fully outsource IT environments (vendor-driven models).
· Strong understanding of supply chain, dispatch, and plant operations.
· Experience in handling large-scale ERP implementations.
