We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Mining Executive to identify, collect, verify, and maintain high-quality business data from various online and offline sources. The ideal candidate should have strong research skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to deliver accurate and organized databases that support business growth and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and collect relevant business information from online sources, directories, websites, and databases.
- Identify potential customers, distributors, importers, and business prospects.
- Generate high-quality leads based on the company's target market.
- Verify and update contact information, including company names, email addresses, phone numbers, and websites.
- Maintain accurate records in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM software.
- Remove duplicate or outdated data and ensure database accuracy.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly data reports.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to meet lead generation requirements.
- Ensure data confidentiality and follow company data management policies.

Required Skills

- Robust internet research and data collection skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.




- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Data Mining, Web Research, Lead Generation, or Data Collection.
- Freshers with excellent research and Excel skills may also apply.
- Preferred Skills
- Experience using LinkedIn, business directories, and online databases.
- Knowledge of lead generation tools and CRM platforms.
- Basic understanding of international markets and B2B sales is an added advantage.
