Act as the primary point of contact for patients and visitors.
Handle patient queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure patient satisfaction.
Guide patients regarding hospital services, admissions, and discharge procedures.
Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, corporates, and external stakeholders.
Organize health camps, awareness programs, and promotional events.
Assist in hospital branding, marketing, and public relations activities.
Maintain records of patient feedback and prepare reports.
Ensure effective communication between patients and hospital management.
Uphold patient confidentiality and hospital policies.
Qualification:
- Any Degree / Hospital Administration
- Experience: Freshers
