We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital and Offline Marketing Manager to lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement in the competitive real estate market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing both digital and traditional marketing campaigns, along with a deep understanding of the real estate industry and consumer behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

· Strategy & Planning:

o Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to achieve business goals.

o Conduct market research to understand trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

· Digital Marketing:

o Manage SEO and SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing campaigns.

o Analyze digital performance metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.

o Oversee the development and maintenance of the company website.

o Ensuring that company's digital presence is effective, well-targeted, and cost-efficient. It involves creating campaigns,



selecting keywords, analyzing performance, and tweaking strategies to maximize results.

· Offline Marketing:

o Plan and execute print, outdoor, and event-based marketing initiatives.

o Coordinate with advertising agencies and vendors for offline promotional materials.

o Organize and manage real estate expos, open houses, and other customer engagement events.

· Brand Management:

o Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and marketing materials.

o Develop compelling creative content and marketing collateral.

· Team Collaboration:

o Work closely with sales, design, and development teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

o Manage relationships with media agencies and third-party vendors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
