Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Showroom Manager to lead the daily operations of our jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the jewellery retail industry, with a proven track record in sales, team management, customer relationship management, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the jewellery showroom.
- Drive showroom sales and ensure monthly and annual revenue targets are achieved.
- Lead, train, motivate, and supervise the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and showroom presentation.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, and coordinate with the inventory team.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and security guidelines.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
- Coordinate with regional management to implement sales strategies and promotional activities.





Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Jewellery Retail Sales, with experience as a Showroom Manager, Assistant Showroom Manager, Store Manager, or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling abilities.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Valuable knowledge of gold, diamond, precious stones, and jewellery retail operations.
- Proficiency in billing systems, inventory management, and MS Office.
- Flexible to work on weekends and retail business hours.

Preferred Background

Candidates from leading jewellery brands such as Tanishq, CaratLane, Malabar Gold & Diamonds, Kalyan Jewellers, Joyalukkas, BlueStone, ORRA, TBZ, Senco Gold, PNG Jewellers, Bhima Jewellers, Khazana Jewellery, Mia by Tanishq, or other reputed jewellery retail brands will be preferred.
