We are looking for a proactive and experienced Marketing Manager to oversee our daily business operations in Multi Chain Scan center (Laboratory & Diagnostics) , improve efficiency, and ensure the smooth functioning of our organisation. The ideal candidate is a robust leader with excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet private and govt drs on daily basis for referring cases.
- Manage and cordinate the scan center
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor team performance and ensure productivity targets are achieved.
- Coordinate with different departments to streamline operations.
- Prepare operational reports and analyse performance metrics.
- Manage budgets, resources, and operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimisation.
Pay: ₹12,909.62 - ₹21,756.40 per month
