- Minimum 12+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Benefits
- Worked as a Advantages Lead on at least 2 end-to-end implementation projects
- Strong expertise in Benefits configuration and implementation
- Experience creating Integration Functional Design Documents (FDDs)
- Experience creating Reports Functional Design Documents (FDDs)
- Hands-on experience with Benefits Objects Conversion Mapping
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills
Pay: ₹110,725.49 - ₹147,319.38 per month
