Skills Knowledge

 Robust command over STAAD.Pro software (latest versions).

 Knowledge of structural analysis and design principles.

 Ability to model, analyze, and design:

- Steel structures (buildings, trusses, towers, industrial sheds, etc.)
- RCC structures (buildings, bridges, foundations, etc.)
- Composite and special structures.

 Proficiency in loading standards (dead, live, wind, seismic, snow, temperature).

 Familiarity with international design codes (IS, AISC, ACI, BS, Eurocode, etc.).

 Hands-on experience in RC design, steel design, foundation design, RAM and dynamic analysis.

 Knowledge of connections with other BIM tools (Revit, Tekla, AutoCAD, etc.).

Communication skills:

 Ability to explain concepts clearly to beginners and advanced learners.

 Good presentation and communication skills (English and/or local language).

 Experience in preparing training modules, course materials, and case studies.

 Skill in demonstrating real-world project workflows using STAAD.Pro.

 Ability to solve participants’ queries live and guide them step-by-step.

Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering (preferably postgraduate (MTECH) in Structures).
