Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead and manage sales operations for loan and insurance products. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing sales teams, developing channel partnerships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales of loan products and insurance services in the assigned territory.
- Recruit, train, and manage sales executives, relationship managers, and branch teams.
- Develop new business opportunities through direct sales, referrals, and channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs, agents, and corporate clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for loans and insurance products.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and motivation.
- Ensure proper customer service and timely resolution of customer queries.




- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
