We are seeking a proactive and passionate Event Intern to join our team at LIVXS, a creative powerhouse in wedding planning and film production.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to the world of weddings and live events, where you will learn the end-to-end process of planning, coordinating, and executing unforgettable experiences.
You’ll work closely with our event managers, vendors, and creative team to gain practical insights and industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities Areas
1. Assist in preparing event budgets and tracking expenses
2. Contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance event success and client satisfaction
3. Support the team with end-to-end event execution, from planning to on-ground delivery
4. Help coordinate event operations, logistics, and vendor management
5. Shadow senior planners to learn how to supervise staff and vendor partners
6. Assist in resolving on-ground issues and ensuring smooth flow of events
7. Support with contracts, documentation, and coordination
8. Provide client support and consultation under guidance
Key Skills and Qualifications
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation in Hospitality, Event Management, or related fields.
2. Interest/knowledge in decor, weddings, hospitality, or entertainment is preferred
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
4.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace; laptop mandatory
6. Resourceful, adaptable, and willing to work in a multi-tasking environment
7. Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
8. Prior internship or volunteer experience in events or community projects is a plus
9. Willingness to undertake fieldwork and provide on-ground support
10. Fluency in both Hindi and English for effective day-to-day coordination.
