We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive with minimum 2 years of experience in a Chartered Accountant firm to handle accounting, taxation, and compliance-related work efficiently.
Key Responsibilities1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain books of accounts in Tally/other accounting software
- Pass journal, purchase, sales, and bank entries
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
- Prepare monthly MIS and financial summaries
2. GST Compliance
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
- Handle GST reconciliation and notices
- Maintain proper GST documentation and records
3. Income Tax Work
- Assist in ITR preparation for individuals, firms, and companies
- Support in tax computation and TDS compliance
- Prepare Form 16/16A and TDS returns

Audit & Documentation
- Assist in statutory audit, tax audit, and internal audit
- Prepare working papers and schedules
- Maintain client files and compliance records
5. Client Coordination
- Communicate with clients for data, clarifications, and follow-ups
- Ensure timely submission of returns and documents
Required Skills
- Working knowledge of Tally, Excel, and GST portal
- Basic understanding of Income Tax, TDS, and compliance procedures
- Positive communication and documentation skills
- Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines

Pay: ₹8,352.81 - ₹25,000.00 per month
