Job Title: Operations Executive – Loan Processing

Job Summary:

Responsible for end-to-end loan processing for all loan profiles, including Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, LAP, Auto Loan, Commercial Vehicle Loan, Education Loan, Gold Loan, OD/CC, Balance Transfer, Top-Up, and other secured or unsecured loans.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and process loan applications across multiple loan products.

Verify KYC, income documents, bank statements, CIBIL, business proofs, financials, and property documents.

Coordinate with sales, credit, underwriting, legal, technical, and disbursement teams.

Track application status from login to approval and disbursement.

Maintain accurate MIS, case records, and customer data.





Ensure compliance with bank/NBFC policies and documentation guidelines.

Identify and resolve document discrepancies and pending requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.

Basic knowledge of loan processing, credit checks, CIBIL, banking, and documentation.

Positive communication, coordination, Excel, and data entry skills.

Ability to manage multiple cases in a deadline-driven environment.

Experience:

1–3 years preferred. Freshers can also apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
