Key Responsibilities

- Manage Instagram and Facebook accounts daily.
- Create engaging posts, stories, reels, and short-form videos.
- Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut AI, etc.) to create content quickly.
- Plan and schedule content calendars.
- Run and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Generate leads for bakery classes, cake orders, hampers, and upcoming products.
- Track campaign performance and improve ROI.
- Reply to comments and messages promptly.
- Collaborate with the team during photoshoots and product launches.
- Stay updated with social media trends and viral content.

Skills Required

- Experience managing Instagram and Facebook business accounts.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.




- Knowledge of AI tools for content creation and video editing.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
- Valuable copywriting skills in English and Hindi.
- Understanding of lead generation and digital marketing.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and improve results.

Preferred Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing.
- Experience with food, bakery, restaurant, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, ChatGPT, and Meta Business Suite.
