Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, explaining products or services, and generating leads or sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain a record of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly calling and sales targets.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, offers, or services.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls.

Requirements:





- 0–1 year of experience in tele calling or customer support
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to handle rejection and work in a target-based workplace.

Qualification:

- Any degree / Plus Two / Diploma.
