- Production Operations: Plan and run daily manufacturing schedules for wooden, metal, or modular furniture. Oversee cutting, carpentry, assembly, polishing, and packing lines.
- Quality & Safety: Maintain strict quality control to reduce rejections and rework. Enforce workplace safety rules and factory housekeeping.
- Resource & Team Management: Lead shop-floor supervisors and workers. Handle manpower planning, staff training, and performance reviews.
- Supply Chain & Maintenance: Coordinate raw material availability (wood, fabric, hardware) with procurement. Schedule routine equipment maintenance to prevent costly downtime.

Pay: ₹20,008.33 - ₹79,699.19 per month
