Client Support Executive / Implementation Executive / Operations Team Member

factoHR is looking for enthusiastic and motivated professionals to join our Operations & Implementation team. This role involves managing the complete client implementation lifecycle — from onboarding and software setup to project go-live, support handover, and client retention.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in onboarding clients onto the HRMS software
- Gather client requirements and support software configuration/setup
- Provide basic user training and client guidance on system usage
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries and issues
- Learn and apply payroll processes including salary, tax, PF, ESI, etc.
- Maintain proper documentation and project records
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal departments
- Support project handover to the support team after implementation
- Build strong client relationships through timely and effective service

Required Skills:





- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in payroll, HR systems, and statutory compliance
- Problem-solving and client-handling abilities
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills
- Organized and detail-oriented approach

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, IT, or related field
- MBA or Postgraduate in HR is an added advantage but not mandatory
