- Supervise daily horticulture, landscaping, plantation, lawn development, and maintenance activities to ensure timely and quality execution of work.
- Manage and guide gardeners, labourers, and subcontractors by assigning daily tasks, monitoring productivity, attendance, and ensuring discipline at the project site.
- Monitor plant health, irrigation, pruning, fertilization, pest and disease control, and ensure high plant survival rates as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of site activities and timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain daily site reports, manpower records, material consumption, work progress, and ensure compliance with project specifications and BOQ.
- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of tools, equipment, irrigation systems,



and horticultural materials while minimizing wastage.
- Enforce safety standards, housekeeping, and quality control measures, ensuring all horticulture and landscaping works comply with company and client requirements.
- Monitor material deliveries, equipment usage, and inventory on site.
- Identify and resolve in office issues, delays, or conflicts promptly.

Preferred Certifications

- Diploma/B.Sc. in Horticulture or Agriculture.
- Training in Landscape Maintenance.

Pay: ₹10,139.08 - ₹18,343.10 per month
