Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage store operations, inventory control, material movement, and documentation activities. The candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP, Advanced Excel, and warehouse/store management within a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inward and outward movement of raw materials and finished goods.
- Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), invoices, and E-Way Bills.
- Perform inventory management, stock monitoring, and material reconciliation.
- Conduct physical stock verification and support periodic audits.
- Generate and maintain store-related documents and reports in SAP.
- Ensure accurate recording of stock transactions and inventory updates.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and logistics teams for smooth material flow.
- Handle store manpower and ensure proper housekeeping and storage practices.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly MIS reports using Excel.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.

Qualification

- Graduate, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

Preferred Experience

- 1–4 years of experience in Stores, Warehouse, or Inventory Management in FMCG, Hygiene, or Manufacturing industries.
