Position: Accountant
Location: Rohini, Delhi

Reporting To: Owner

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, and support decision-making with accurate financial data. The ideal candidate will be strong in accounting principles, analytical in approach, and efficient in handling day-to-day finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate books of accounts (ledgers, journals, and reconciliations).
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Prepare GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax laws.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and expense reports.
- Coordinate with clients and banks.
- Support management with financial planning, MIS reports, and variance analysis.
- Implement and improve financial systems, processes, and controls.





Requirements

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- Professional certifications (CA Dropout / CMA) preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven experience in accounting, preferably more than 5 year experience required.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (Tally, Busy or ERP systems).
- Excellent understanding of GST, TDS, and other compliance frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
