Reservation Executive

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle hotel room reservations through calls, emails, and online booking platforms
- Assist guests with booking inquiries, room availability, and tariff details
- Coordinate with Front Office and Sales teams for smooth reservation operations
- Maintain accurate reservation records and guest details in the system
- Respond professionally to guest queries and provide excellent customer service
- Process booking modifications, cancellations, and confirmations efficiently

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and email handling skills
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach
- Prior hotel experience will be an added advantage
