We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Multi Technician who can independently carry out installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair works related to Air Conditioning (HVAC), Electrical, and Plumbing systems at client sites. The candidate should ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities

HVAC

- Install, service, and maintain split ACs, cassette ACs, ductable ACs, VRF/VRV systems, and package units.
- Electrical
- Perform basic electrical wiring, cable laying, conduit work, and panel connections.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults related to HVAC systems.
- Install and replace switches, sockets, MCBs, DBs, and lighting fixtures.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.
- Plumbing
- Carry out plumbing installation and maintenance work.
- Repair water supply lines, drainage systems, valves, taps, pumps, and pipelines.
- Rectify water leakage and drainage blockages.
- Coordinate plumbing works during HVAC installations.

Qualification





- ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Electrical, Plumbing, or a related technical trade.
- Certification in HVAC or Electrical will be an added advantage.

Experience

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in commercial buildings, hospitals, industries, and residential projects is preferred.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Basic electrical troubleshooting and wiring.
- Plumbing maintenance and repair skills.
- Ability to read drawings and service manuals.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
