About the Role:
Logtech Infoway Pvt Ltd is looking for a tech-savvy E-Commerce & Web Operations Executive to manage our online computer hardware store, maintain our product catalog, and drive digital retail growth. If you have a passion for computer technology, laptops, and web-based business operations, this role is built for you.
What You Will Do:
Catalog Management: Upload, update, and manage technical specifications, pricing, and images for laptops, custom PC components, and tech peripherals.
Inventory & Stock Control: Sync online stock levels with our physical retail inventory to maintain total accuracy and eliminate overselling.
Order Fulfilment: Process online orders, track delivery workflows, and coordinate smoothly with logistics and support teams.
Digital Marketing & SEO: Execute digital marketing principles by optimizing product pages with strong SEO keywords, managing online visibility, and supporting promotional campaigns.
Reporting & Documentation: Track website traffic, sales conversions,
and stock movement using Microsoft Excel to generate actionable performance reports.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Platform Skills: Hands-on familiarity with e-commerce systems (WooCommerce, Shopify, or similar), content management, and Excel/CSV data management.
Marketing Awareness: Clear knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, on-page SEO, and online retail conversion tactics.
Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills, precision when handling data sheets, and strong written communication.
Experience: 0 to 1 year of professional or hands-on project experience in web management, e-commerce operations, or digital retail.
