We are looking for an experienced HMC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for creating, modifying, and optimizing CNC programs for Horizontal Machining Center (HMC) & Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines to ensure quality production, maximum machine efficiency & New Product Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and edit CNC programs for HMC & VMC machines.
- Read and understand engineering drawings.
- Set machining parameters, tools, and offsets.
- Troubleshoot programming and machining issues.
- Cycle time calculation for new received queries.
- Cutting Tools & Fixture selection for NPD components.
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related field.
- Experience in HMC & VMC programming and machining.
- Knowledge of Fanuc & Siemens System.
- Minimum 5 Years of experience with auto parts manufacturing industry.
- Valuable problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
