Job Requirements
- Robust understanding of US IT Recruitment process.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Good knowledge of US visa types (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, USC).
- Familiarity with US work types: W2, C2C, 1099.
- Ability to source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Basic knowledge of IT technologies & roles.
- Good communication skills (verbal & written).
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to screen resumes and match client requirements.
- Experience working with US clients / State clients (preferred).
- Basic understanding of ATS / CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Good time management and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work US shifts (on-site).
