Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer to join our growing FinTech team. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) development, enterprise integration architecture, and Oracle Cloud Platform services, along with leadership capabilities to guide integration initiatives and mentor junior developers.

This role involves designing, developing, and managing scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions across Oracle Cloud applications, external platforms, and hybrid environments. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and experience working in cross-functional teams.

Experience in Oracle EPM/EDMCS will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain inbound and outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Build scalable, secure, and high-performing integrations across Oracle Cloud applications and third-party systems
- Integrate Oracle ERP Cloud, HCM Cloud, EPM/EDMCS, and external enterprise platforms
- Translate business and functional requirements into technical integration solutions
- Develop REST/SOAP APIs, file-based integrations, and event-driven integration architectures
- Define and govern enterprise integration standards, patterns, and best practices
- Manage end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) activities including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support
- Hands-on experience in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines for Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations, including deployment automation, Git/version control, release management, and environment management.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production integration issues with root cause analysis
- Optimize integrations for performance, reliability, security, and cost-effectiveness
- Work with Oracle AI/ML services including Oracle AI Agent integrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including C# developers,



cloud engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior developers
- Participate in architecture discussions, solution reviews, and strategic planning initiatives

Required Technical Skills

Oracle Integration & Middleware

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Expertise in developing REST APIs, SOAP services, and event-driven integrations
- Experience with bulk data loads and file-based integrations
- Knowledge of multiple authentication mechanisms including OAuth, JWT, API Keys, and SSO

Oracle Cloud & OCI Services

Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services including:

- API Gateway
- Oracle Functions
- OCI Streaming
- Object Storage
- Oracle API Platform
- Oracle Process Automation

CI/CD & DevOps

- Experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment automation
- Hands-on experience with Git/version control systems
- Knowledge of patching, environment management, and release management
- Experience with Visual Builder and OCI administration is preferred

Cloud & Cross-Platform Integration

- Exposure to Azure Integration Services such as:
- Logic Apps
- Service Bus
- Event Grid

- Experience in cross-platform orchestration involving OIC, Azure, and legacy middleware platforms
- Experience integrating with modern data platforms such as:

- Azure Synapse
- Databricks

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Oracle EPM or EDMCS integrations
- Exposure to FinTech domain and financial systems integrations
- Experience with Oracle AI/ML services
- Knowledge of security hardening and enterprise integration governance
- Ability to improve system reliability, data accuracy, and processing efficiency
