Key Activities

- Raw material / Packing material Sampling
- Testing of Raw Material and Packing material and clearance there off
- Identification and Traceability of Raw material and Packing material with proper labeling and following positive manufacturing practices.
- In process sample checking while batch manufacturing
- In Process Quality Checks while batch manufacturing
- On line Quality Checks for batch filling operations
- Finished Goods testing and clearance
- Finished goods audit and reports there off
- Training to the Operators and Contract people to develop system at Shop floor
- Work within Team
- Calibration of Instruments as per frequency and schedule.
- Maintaining Laboratory Reagents timely and minimum stock.
- Manages General housekeeping of Laboratory
- Timely clearance of Raw / Packing material and finished goods.
- Effluent Treatment Plant analysis for all Parameters like COD, BOD, pH, TSS, TDS, Oil and Grease.
- Batch adjustment and clearance.
- Control sample assessment for stability study.




- Record keeping as per ISO 9001:2008 requirements.
- Third party / Outsourcing sample collection and testing.
- Shift working Management.
- Standardization of volumetric solutions in time.
- Participate actively in Continuous Improvement & implement the same in his/her areas of operations.
- To assist Manager QA in closing the internal and external ISO audit point.
- To generate COA’s and upload on one drive.

- B. Sc. Chemistry or Diploma in Chemical Engineering ‘or’
- In house talent development, Minimum criteria 10+2 science and a Graduate. At Management Discretion.
- Experience – 2 to 4 Years’ Experience in FMCG, Pharma and Chemical Company

Position reporting to

Quality Head

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
