Job Description

Position: Junior Engineer – IT System & Networking

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Experience: 0 to 2 Years

Core KPIs:

 Timely resolution of hardware and networking issues

 Smooth functioning of desktops, laptops, printers, and IT systems

 System uptime and network connectivity maintenance

 Efficient user support and issue resolution

 Accurate IT asset management and documentation

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware

 Troubleshoot hardware,



software, and networking-related issues

 Monitor and maintain LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity

 Provide technical support to employees for system-related concerns

 Assist in software installation, system formatting, and updates

 Coordinate with vendors for hardware servicing and replacements

 Maintain IT inventory and documentation records

Requirements:

 Diploma / Graduate in IT, Computer Science, Hardware & Networking, or related field

 Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking

 Understanding of LAN, WAN, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi setup

 Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office, and troubleshooting

 Good communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
