Job Description – Import Documentation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation and verification of import documents such as Invoice, Packing List,
- BL/AWB, COO, Insurance, etc.
- Hands-on experience in import checklist preparation and document compliance on logisys software.
- Coordination with CHA for customs clearance activities.
- Follow-up with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and vendors.
- Data entry and documentation handling using logistics / CHA software.
- Monitoring clearance status and resolving documentation discrepancies.
- Maintaining proper import records and files.
- Ensuring compliance with customs regulations and company SOPs.





Required Skills & Knowledge:

Valuable knowledge of import documentation and CHA procedures.

- Hands-on experience in checklist preparation.
- Working knowledge of logistics / documentation software.
- Understanding of customs clearance processes.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and time management.

Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline (Logistics / Supply Chain preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in import documentation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
