We are looking for a Management Trainee – Marketing to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or MBA candidates who are eager to build a career in marketing. The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in market research, campaign execution, brand promotion, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Support lead generation and customer engagement activities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Assist in creating marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
- Manage social media and digital marketing initiatives (if required).
- Prepare marketing reports and analyze campaign performance.
- Participate in client meetings, events, and promotional activities.




- Perform other marketing-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM (Marketing) or pursuing MBA candidates are preferred.

Experience

- 0–1 year of experience in Marketing or Business Development.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
