Responsibilities:

A minimum of 1.5 years of exp. Must have the technical knowledge in Autocad, Sketchup, Lumion, Revit (mandatory) & Photoshop. Must be good at art/photography.

- Reporting to Sr. Architect
- Should be capable of developing detailed designs of a project with a given basic layout/ ideas/ sketch
- Responsible for handling individual projects assigned.
- Should have positive knowledge of working drawings/ detailed drawings/ all drawings required for construction purposes. Should be able to draft these drawings as well if required.
- Should be able to delegate, assign work, and train Draughtsmen.
- Should handle Vendors and contractors when required.
- Should maintain good relationships with Civil Team and vendors/ contractors.
- Responsible for providing required drawing to Civil Team for the assigned project.

Technical Skills: MS Office, Auto Cad, Sketch-up, Photoshop, and Any rendering software (Lumion)
