Craftech 360 is a creative technology company specializing in immersive experiences, interactive solutions, museum installations, experiential marketing, and innovative digital products. We are looking for a technically strong Project Manager who can bridge the gap between engineering, design, and business teams while ensuring the successful delivery of software and technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of software and technology projects.
- Gather, analyze, and document project requirements from stakeholders.
- Coordinate with software developers, embedded engineers, UI/UX designers, QA, and hardware teams.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Track project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
- Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, review meetings, and retrospectives using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Monitor project quality and ensure adherence to technical and business requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and status dashboards.
- Coordinate testing, UAT, deployment,



and post-launch support activities.
- Ensure seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience managing software or technology-based projects.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
- Good understanding of web applications, mobile applications, APIs, databases, cloud technologies, and system architecture.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid documentation, planning, and organizational abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working on AI, IoT, Embedded Systems, AR/VR, Interactive Installations, or Digital Experience projects.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and DevOps practices.
- PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or Agile certification is an added advantage.

Contract Details

- Contract Duration: 6 Months
- Work Location: Bengaluru (On-site)
- Joining: Immediate or within 15 days preferred
- Contract may be extended based on project requirements and performance.
