We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketer to lead and execute multi-channel digital campaigns focused on professional outreach, authority positioning, and narrative-driven content distribution. The role requires someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution across LinkedIn, email outreach, content marketing, and audience engagement channels.
The candidate will be responsible for driving campaign visibility, building targeted professional networks, and ensuring consistent growth in engagement and reach.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution
Plan and execute digital campaigns across LinkedIn, email outreach, and social platforms.
LinkedIn Growth
Manage LinkedIn profiles and brand pages, run targeted connection outreach, and drive professional engagement.
Content Distribution
Coordinate publishing of thought leadership posts, articles, short videos, and insight reports.
Outreach Campaigns
Execute LinkedIn messaging and cold email campaigns targeting relevant professional audiences.
Marketing Automation
Manage outreach tools, CRM systems, and WhatsApp/email automation workflows.
Performance Tracking
Monitor campaign performance and provide monthly reports with insights and improvements.
Required Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing or growth marketing
- Strong experience with LinkedIn outreach and professional audience engagement
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and automation platforms
- Ability to manage campaigns independently and deliver measurable results
What Success Looks Like in This Role
Within the first 30 days, the candidate should be able to:
- Build a structured outreach system

- Execute consistent content distribution
- Drive measurable campaign visibility and engagement
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
