Job Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
- Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, and payments
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports (P&L;, Balance Sheet)
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal controls
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for financial matters

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
- 3–7 years of relevant accounting experience




- Working knowledge of Busy Accounting Software preferred; candidates familiar with Tally or similar accounting tools are also encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Understanding of GST and basic taxation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
