Key Responsibilities:

3. Performance Management: Monitor and assess the performance of individual stores, branches, or units within the region, and implement improvement strategies as needed.

4. Budget Management: Prepare and manage the regional budget, including expenses, resources, and revenue projections.

5. Sales and Business Development: Drive sales growth and identify opportunities for business expansion within the region. Foster relationships with key clients and partners.

6. Operational Efficiency: Ensure operational processes are streamlined, effective, and in compliance with company standards and regulations.

7. Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and feedback effectively.
