We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Sales & Application Engineer to strengthen our sales team and provide exceptional technical support to customers.

Job Summary:

The Sales & Application Engineer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, providing technical application support, and achieving sales targets. The role requires a blend of technical expertise and sales acumen to recommend the right tooling solutions for customer applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Identify current business opportunities in automotive, engineering, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.
- Visit customer sites to understand machining requirements and recommend suitable cutting tool solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and application trials.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Coordinate with production, design, and application teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
- Provide after-sales technical support and troubleshoot application-related issues.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.




- Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.
- 1–5 years of experience in technical sales, cutting tools, machine tools, or industrial products.
- Fresh mechanical engineering graduates with strong technical aptitude and communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of machining processes, cutting tools, CNC machining, and metal cutting applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP software.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits within the assigned territory.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
