Roles & Responsibilities – Cafe Manager

- Oversee daily operations of all assigned café outlets.
- Ensure SOP, hygiene, and food safety compliance across outlets.
- Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.
- Monitor outlet-wise P&L; and control operational costs.
- Manage and develop Outlet Managers and café teams.
- Conduct regular outlet visits and operational audits.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalations.
- Monitor inventory, reduce wastage, and control food costs.
- Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, and manpower planning.
- Track sales, productivity, and outlet performance metrics.
- Coordinate with procurement and vendors for smooth operations.
- Conduct staff training and ensure SOP adherence.
- Drive local marketing and promotional activities.
- Maintain quality, consistency,



and brand standards across outlets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Support current outlet launches and operational setup.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
- Build a high-performance, customer-focused team culture.
- Report key business insights and action plans to management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
