Qualification- BE or Diploma in Electrical Preferred.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage backend sales operations and ensure daily updates in MIS & CRM systems.

 Prepare and submit offers, quotations, GTP, PI, test reports, and vendor registrations/credentials.

 Coordinate with the design team and clients for technical clarifications and documentation flow.

 Handle ERP order punching and follow up with internal teams like production and logistics.

 Maintain documentation, order tracking sheets, CRM entries,



and inspection-related communication.

 Respond to client inquiries and assist in preparing quotations and commercial proposals.  Prior experience in Transformers / Electrical / Power / Manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.

 Solid communication, documentation, and coordination skills are essential.
