Key Responsibilities

- Conduct final quality inspection of vehicles after body repair and painting.
- Verify that denting, painting, and refinishing work meet Mahindra quality standards.
- Inspect vehicle exterior, interior, glass, lights, trims, and accessories for quality and completeness.
- Check paint finish for colour match, gloss, texture, scratches, dents, dust particles, and other defects.
- Ensure all repairs mentioned in the job card have been completed accurately.
- Verify proper fitment and alignment of body panels, doors, bonnet, tailgate, and bumpers.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean and ready for customer delivery.
- Identify defects and coordinate with Denters, Painters, and Technicians for corrective action.
- Re-inspect vehicles after rectification to ensure quality compliance.
- Maintain quality inspection records and FQC checklists.
- Report recurring quality issues to the Body Shop Manager and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with Mahindra Body Shop SOPs and quality standards.
- Follow workplace safety practices and maintain proper documentation.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
