About the Role

Garima Ramchandani Designs is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to strengthen our digital presence and showcase our interior design projects. The ideal candidate should have a passion for visual storytelling, content creation, and brand building, with the ability to create engaging creatives that resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow the firm's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Plan, create, and execute monthly content calendars aligned with the brand's marketing goals.
- Design eye-catching social media creatives, carousels, stories, and promotional graphics.
- Create engaging reels and short-form videos showcasing projects, design concepts, site updates, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Develop compelling captions and content that reflect the brand's voice.
- Coordinate with the design team to capture project progress, completed spaces, and client experiences.
- Create marketing creatives for services, campaigns, festive promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Schedule and publish content while maintaining consistency across all platforms.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and build an active online community.
- Analyse social media performance and recommend strategies to improve reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, content formats, and platform algorithms.





Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Strong creative sense with an eye for design, aesthetics, and branding.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with architecture, interior design, home décor, real estate, or lifestyle brands.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, social media scheduling tools, and performance analytics.
- Understanding of paid social media campaigns is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹9,989.02 - ₹15,000.00 per month
