Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete MEP execution for commercial, industrial, residential, and infrastructure projects.
- Review MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical submittals.
- Coordinate HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and Utility services.
- Ensure MEP installations comply with approved drawings, statutory requirements, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, contractors, and utility agencies.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Review shop drawings, method statements, material approvals, and inspection requests.
- Manage testing, commissioning, snagging, and project handover activities.
- Ensure compliance with NBC, IS Codes,



National Electrical Code, and Fire & Safety regulations.
- Prepare progress reports, MIS, project schedules, and budget monitoring reports.
- Participate in design coordination meetings and resolve multidisciplinary clashes.
- Ensure adherence to EHS standards and project quality requirements.
- Lead and mentor site engineers and MEP supervisors.
