Job Description – TN Lead (Senior Analyst)
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced TN Lead – Senior Analyst to manage End User Services operations across multiple customer locations in Tamil Nadu. The role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, service delivery management, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement to ensure seamless IT support and high user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee desktop, laptop, mobility, and end-user support operations across assigned locations.
Manage incident, service request, and escalation handling while ensuring SLA compliance.
Provide technical leadership for Windows, macOS, and mobile device support environments.
Administer and support Microsoft Intune, JAMF, Active Directory, and endpoint management solutions.
Drive IT asset lifecycle management, inventory governance, and compliance activities.
Provide executive/VIP support for critical business users and operational leadership teams.
Monitor service performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive operational excellence.
Mentor support engineers and act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues.
