Atlantiz Casino is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with customers over the phone, promote casino offers, and generate customer visits.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Inform customers about casino promotions, events, and offers.
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Generate leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.
- Meet daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Business Development team.
Requirements
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- telecalling or customer service experience is preferred .
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Knowledge of multiple languages will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in hospitality, casino, travel, or customer service is preferred.
