We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer with expertise in Java and Spring Frameworks to guide a team of developers and drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers throughout the development process
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of technical solutions
- Design, implement, and maintain Java-based solutions that ensure high-volume and low-latency performance
- Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle
- Analyse user requirements to define business objectives
- Ensure application designs conform with business goals
- Identify and resolve technical issues as they arise
- Engage with the architect and technology team to align with technical strategy
- Research and evaluate technical solutions to meet business needs
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship within the development team

Requirements





- 15+ years of experience in software development
- Proficiency in Java (Core), Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC), and Spring Data/JPA
- Expertise in RESTful API design and development, and Hibernate or other ORM frameworks
- Skills in React.js (including hooks, functional components, state management), JavaScript (ES6+), and HTML5/CSS3
- Experience integrating frontend (React) with backend (Java/Spring) and using version control (Git)
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle)
- Capability to debug and troubleshoot across the stack
- Background in microservices architecture and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Leadership and mentoring skills
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and technologies
- Strong organizational and time management skills
