Job Description:

(Faceless Video Content | Creator Economy | Full-Time Internship)

In-office (4–5 days/week) | 4 Months | Immediate Start

If you’re obsessed with AI tools, faceless video content, YouTube + Reels, and the idea of posting daily without ever showing your face — keep reading.

We’re building AI-first content engines that create videos at scale. Think:

- No camera
- No influencer cringe
- Just sharp ideas + visuals + AI

This internship is for creative minds who want to learn by creating, experiment with the latest Gen-AI tools, and help build content communities from zero to momentum.

What You’ll Actually Do

(No filler. This is real work.)

Create Faceless Video Content

- Make short-form (Reels/Shorts) and long-form (YouTube) videos
- Use AI to generate:
- Visuals, scenes, animations, b-roll
- Voiceovers (AI voices, TTS, cloned voices)
- Music, captions, pacing, hooks

Turn Ideas → Visual Stories

- Convert prompts, scripts, or raw ideas into scroll-stopping visuals
- Build repeatable formats, series & templates
- Obsess over hooks, retention, and “why would someone keep watching?”

Create at Scale (Not One-Offs)

You’ll work with tools like:

- Google Veo, Midjourney, DALL·E, Kling etc.
- After Effects (basic is enough)
- ElevenLabs,



PlayHT, other AI voice tools
- ChatGPT / Claude / Canva Ai etc. (prompt-based workflows)

Goal: speed + quality + creativity + consistency

Think Platform-Native

- Create content that feels native to:
- Instagram Reels
- YouTube Shorts & Long-form
- Track what works, iterate fast, kill what doesn’t

Who This Is For

- Think visually (even when reading text)

- Are okay with office work 4–5 days/week

Bonus Points If You:

- Run (or ran) a faceless page or YouTube channel
- Understand hooks, watch time & retention
- Follow creator-economy trends
- Can show past experiments (even if they failed)
- Basic knowledge in AI prompting is a plus
