About Elfloren

Elfloren Spaces is building a premium luxury home décor brand focused on timeless aesthetics, curated craftsmanship, and modern living. We are in the early stage of building something ambitious and are looking for a founding team member who wants to grow with the company from day one.

Role Overview

This is not a typical job.

As a Founding Member, you will work directly with the Founder across operations, marketplaces, content, AI tools, documentation, and business execution. Every day will be different, and you’ll gain first-hand exposure to how a startup is built from scratch.

If you enjoy learning, solving problems, and taking ownership, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

- Create and manage product catalogs
- Upload and optimize listings on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Etsy, etc.)
- Maintain product information and pricing
- Marketplace account management
- Prepare business documents, reports, and presentations
- Create and edit Excel sheets, Word documents, and PDFs
- Maintain invoices, bill books, and business records
- Organize digital files and documentation
- Generate AI images using tools like ChatGPT and other AI platforms
- Assist in creating Instagram posts, reels, and social media content
- Support website content updates
- Conduct internet research and competitor analysis
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers when required
- Assist the Founder with daily business operations and special projects




- Handle miscellaneous operational tasks required to build the company

Who We’re Looking For

- Graduate or final-year student (Any stream)
- Good English communication and writing skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Basic understanding of Canva and social media
- Willingness to learn AI tools
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Self-driven with a startup mindset
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Bonus Skills

- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or Shopify
- Canva or basic graphic design
- Excel proficiency
- ChatGPT and AI workflow experience
- Basic photo or video editing
