We are seeking a highly motivated and Customer Relation Executive to manage and execute vehicle auctions, primarily focusing on bank-seized assets across various segments (2-wheelers, 4-wheelers, and commercial vehicles). The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and a proactive approach to customer engagement and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities





· Contacting potential buyers from provided databases to introduce the company's auction services, explain the auction process, and inform them about available vehicles and upcoming promotions.

· Answering phone calls from prospective and existing buyers, providing detailed information, and addressing concerns promptly.

· Maintaining strong relationships with buyers to ensure repeat business

· Following up on initial contacts and building a pipeline of prospective leads.

· Completing call logs and call reports as necessary and updating them in the database.

· Post auction payment follow up.

· Experience of 1- 3 years in auction field will be an added advantage.
