Position Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Assistant Manager to join our growing media sales team. The ideal candidate is dynamic, driven, and passionate about advertising, with a strong understanding of B2B sales and OOH media, particularly hoardings and train branding.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, pursue, and close recent B2B sales opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients




- Develop customized outdoor media campaigns to meet client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams (media planning, operations, marketing)
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to find growth opportunities

Requirements

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and client handling abilities
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and media site inspections
