Eligibility Criteria





- Bachelor’s & Master’s degrees in Business/Marketing or related field
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience (Insurance/Education Preferred)
- Strong leadership with excellent communication skills
- Target-Driven mindset with strategic planning & target planning abilities
- Proficiency in Performance tracking, CRM tools and Data-driven decision-making
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and closing skills
